Installation rendering — works at exhibition spacing
Ana Zhuk is an emerging Belarusian fine art photographer with a developing institutional CV — exhibitions at the Goethe-Institut Tbilisi, the New Platform Tbilisi, and several independent spaces in Belarus and Georgia since 2022. She has not yet been placed with a US gallery. We are working with US galleries on group shows, solo programming, and direct representation.
Her aesthetic — black and white, high contrast, surreal, in the visual lineage of Tarkovsky and Lynch — sits in a register that is presently underserved in US fine art photography. Her work is in conversation with photographers including Hellen van Meene, Tania Franco Klein, Aneta Grzeszykowska, and Boris Mikhailov, but is not yet visible in US gallery contexts. There is space for a US gallery to be the one that places her first.
